Upon arrival at each of our Academy sites, all visitors are required to use the main entrance (unless told otherwise).

Catch Up policy
In the event BK Sports cancels a class, a catch-up class will be provided on the same day at the end of the term or start of the following term.
In the event the participant cannot attend a class, a catch-up class will only be provided if the participant has a valid medical certificate in line with the refund and cancelation policy terms, at BK Sports discretion.
Term Freeze policy
BK Sports does not allow customers to freeze their termly membership and will only consider this in the case of issues of health or personal significance. Decisions will be made on a case by case basis and will be at the discretion of management.
In accordance with our child protection policy we will not permit photographs or video of young people to be taken without the consent of the parents/carers of the child.
When registering you will be asked to complete a registration form, at this point if you do not wish for your children to be photographed, you must make a member of the registrations team aware.
BK Sports would like to use these images for marketing and promotional purposes. We ensure any images will be used solely for the purposes they are intended.
For child protection reasons we cannot allow any parent to take photographs or videos at our sites. If you are found to be doing this you will be asked to delete the recorded materials, whether they are of your own child or someone else’s.
Please inform us of any activities a child may not be able to take part in, the reason why, and any medical, physical or behavioural problems during course registration.
All information given will be treated in confidence.
Any required medication should be handed to coaching staff before the class commences.
BK Sports Academy has a duty to respond if we suspect a child in our care may be suffering from abuse, or if a child makes a disclosure about abuse. In such cases, management will follow Qatar law protocol.
Our experienced coaches know when a child’s behaviour requires guidance. In some circumstances, our disciplinary procedures will be brought into action to protect the safety and enjoyment of the other children in our programs.
In an instance of unacceptable disruptive behaviour, the child will be asked to sit out for a few minutes during which time the coach will address the behaviour and explain the consequences of repeated disruption.
If the child continues to behave in an unacceptable manner, they will be asked to sit out for the rest of the session.
BK Sports does not accept liability for personal injury or the death of any participant unless directly caused by the proven negligence of the company or its servants.

If you are not satisfied with the service we provide, then we want to know. If your child is still at the Academy we will strive to resolve any problem. If we hear of a problem after the Academy/Event we will take great care to investigate the matter but are unable to provide compensation.

BK Sports acts as a Data Controller. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 we need to collect some personal details from you in order to process your booking, such as names, ages and any applicable medical or dietary restrictions.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary permission to pass on the personal details of all the children for whom you are making a booking.
In addition, we would like to hold and use some of your details for future marketing purposes, for example, sending you promotional information.
