Terms and Conditions
Refund and Cancellation policy
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances (evidence will be required):
- Major illness
- Hospitalization and rehabilitation exceeding one week
- Relocation outside of Qatar
Catch Up policy
In the event BK Sports cancels a class, a catch-up class will be provided on the same day at the end of the term or start of the following term.
In the event the participant cannot attend a class, a catch-up class will only be provided if the participant has a valid medical certificate in line with the refund and cancelation policy terms, at BK Sports discretion
