Registration office & Venue – Time
- Luluath Al Markhiya – 12:00pm – 8:00pm (Friday is Off)
- Newton British Academy Barwa City – 4:00pm – 9:00pm

Terms and Conditions
Refund and Cancellation policy
BK Sports operates at no refund policy and Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances (Supporting Documents will be required):
- Major illness
- Hospitalization and rehabilitation exceeding one week
- Relocation outside of Qatar
Catch Up policy
In the event BK Sports cancels a day, a catch-up class will be provided on the same day at the end of the camp or start of the following week.
In the event the participant cannot attend a day, a catch-up class will only be provided if the participant has a valid medical certificate in line with the refund and cancelation policy terms, at BK Sports discretion
